My background before real estate...

I am a recent graduate (2007) of The University of Florida with a bachelors degree in Geological Sciences with a minor in Health Sciences. After graduation in August, I moved to Richmond, Kentucky and obtained my real estate license in December 2007. I grew up in Orlando, Florida where my mom and dad own a boat manufacturing business, Velocity Powerboats. My mom grew up right here in Richmond! Her madden name is Kim Click and she graduated from Madison Central in 1975.

I moved to Richmond with hopes of following in the footsteps of my successful and very busy grandmother, Connie Lawson. I have affiliated with her company, Prudential Don Foster Realtors, in an attempt to learn from the best. Not only has my mentor, my grandmother, sold real estate in Kentucky for 47 years, she is in her second term as the Mayor of Richmond!

 

I realize that being a new real estate agent in a town the size of Richmond will be difficult, but I have the oldest, most successful real estate company in Madison County, Prudential Don Foster, behind me. Did I mention we are the Top Producing real estate company in Madison County! I am so very blessed to have Don Foster and Connie Lawson to learn from directly everyday. I am confident I will have no problem selling homes and finding ready, willing and able buyers in no time!

I feel it is such an honor to be a part of your buying or selling experience. Being new in town and new to the business makes me even more willing and excited to work hard and work for you!
